**Refund Policy** Your rental purchase is considered non-refundable once completed. However, if you contact us promptly, we may be able to offer your reserved rental items to another customer on our waiting list, in which case we may provide a full refund. **Check-In Procedures** We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. This allows sufficient time for you to complete the necessary security deposit procedures and receive a comprehensive walk-through of the equipment, along with important usage instructions. Please note that a valid Driver’s License is required for all rentals. **Cancellation and Rescheduling** You may request to reschedule or cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before your reservation time, subject to our discretion.
